Mauro spent a brief period working in Cameroon, before finally settling in Brussels, Belgium. These last five years he has been working at archipelago, a firm for contextual architecture, where he was able to further develop his knowledge on sustainable and circular architecture, as well as diving into the complex world of hospital design.
