Tom Frantzen
My name is Paul Consten and I work for the City Region Parkstad Limburg as a policy maker. Within Parkstad we are working on the development of a regional ‘Circular Economy Strategy’ in order to arrive at a circular economy program. In this process we work together with the national government, the Province of Limburg, the regional authorities and the stakeholders from the region. From that work I am also involved in the SUPERLOCAL – Super Circular Estate pilot project, where we experiment with new circular economy processes aimed at 100% reusing and recycling of materials acquired from the demolition of an outdated social housing high-rise flat. Within this innovative project we want to ensure that all knowledge and expertise is rolled out and applied to new projects in the region.
